The small but fine permanent exhibition in the old school presents extraordinary topics beyond the “classic” local museum. It goes back to the private museum founder and honorary citizen Paul Hekeler, who also integrated the collections of Frieda Freifrau Zündt von Kentzingen, also an honorary citizen of Endersbach. On display are paintings by the Endersbach painters Karl Wilhelm Bauerle (1831-1912) and Jakob Seybold (1838-1930), objects from Queen Olga of Württemberg (1822-92), historical hoods and exhibits from church and school history. An archaeological department for the Hermann Schlipf collection follows.
