The Old Hastings Mill Store Museum in Vancouver is one of the city´s oldest buildings and a significant historical landmark. Originally built in 1865 as a general store for the Hastings Mill Company, it served the workers and residents of the surrounding community. The building survived the Great Fire of Vancouver in 1886 and was later relocated to its current site in Pioneer Park at Point Grey. Today, the museum houses a collection of artifacts, photographs, and documents that chronicle the early history of Vancouver and the development of the region. It offers visitors a unique insight into the lives and culture of the early settlers and the indigenous people of the area.
