The Rennie Museum in Vancouver is a contemporary art museum located in the historic Wing Sang building in the Chinatown district. The building was constructed in 1889 by Chinese-Canadian entrepreneur Yip Sang and is the oldest surviving building in Chinatown. The museum was founded in 2009 by Bob Rennie, a well-known art collector and real estate developer. It features rotating exhibitions of contemporary art from Bob Rennie´s extensive collection as well as works by international artists. The Rennie Museum is renowned for its meticulously curated exhibitions and its efforts to promote the art scene in Vancouver.
